More Like Jesus is a free weekly devotional designed to help you deepen your faith, grow in wisdom, and live with confidence and joy. Rooted in the Gospel of Mark, each entry offers fresh insights, relatable stories, and actionable steps to grow closer to Jesus and live more like Him.

The purpose of More Like Jesus is to spend time with Jesus, become more like him, and live like he did.

We’re working with a simple truth: the closer we get to God through Jesus, the better life becomes.

More Like Jesus focuses on action, not just learning more. This is about real stuff that matters in your life today. Yes, you’ll learn some things, but the main goal is to live better, not just know something.

Our hope is that you’ll feel encouraged in your faith and empowered to start your week with confidence and joy.

Rooted in the Gospel of Mark, each Sunday evening you'll receive:

1. A focused Bible verse or two, rooted in Mark’s Gospel.
2. Mini-Message: A quick, 75–100 word reflection to spark your thinking.
3. Five-Minute Version: A 500–600 word expanded devotional, offering relatable stories and actionable insights.
4. Prayer: A simple prayer to center your heart.
5. Live It: Reflection questions for actionable faith.

If there is an overarching theme to the devotionals, it’s that discipleship is about learning to be in Jesus’ presence. It’s not head knowledge or book knowledge out anything that might represent “education” the way we’ve always known it to be. Nor is it about employment or doing good works.

It’s simply about presence, which is a way to understand holiness.
