I'm a bookseller. Who do I contact for wholesale prices?

My organization is tax exempt. How can I make tax-exempt purchases in the Invite Resources store?

If your organization is tax exempt and you have already created an account for our store, click here to fill out and submit your tax exemption form. Once we have verified your tax exemption status, we will update your account to reflect your tax exemption so you can purchase our products tax-free.

How Long Should I Expect to Wait on My Order?

Our goal is for all shipments to be fulfilled within same business day at the minimum, and 3 business days at the maximum. After this, it is subject to the status of the shipping industry! (We pray it arrives fast!)

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We are grateful for your support of our non-profit ministry. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. Please note that this applies only to non-discounted items, and items not ordered in bulk. See below for more information on our return process.

RETURN PROCESS

All return items must be in new and unused condition.

To return an item, please email customer service at info@inviteresources.com to determine whether your order is eligible for a refund. After you refund has been approved, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We are not responsible for products lost in shipping while returning.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will be in touch. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Please note that all discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes bulk orders and orders using discount codes.

Do You Offer Bulk Discounts?

To facilitate ease with bulk orders, Invite Resources now offers a single bulk discount policy with multiple price breaks by quantity.

Please note bulk orders are not eligible for refunds.

Here is the chart of discounts:

20-49 units: 20% off

50-99 units: 25% off

100-199 units: 30% off

200-299 units: 35% off

300-499 units: 40% off

500-999 units: 45% off

1000+ units: 50% off

 

Bulk discounts apply to all orders, including orders from end users and from booksellers. A few additional notes:

Authors, contractual discounts still apply. We will honor the highest possible discount at the given quantity, according to terms in your agreement(s).

Booksellers, note that you may also purchase quantities, including single unit orders, of all Invite Press books through our distributor, Ingram. Please note that bulk orders are not eligible for refunds.
